djar.ai collects minimal personal data. We only collect information you actively provide:

• WhatsApp Phone Number: When you opt in to property alerts via WhatsApp, we store your phone number and your property preferences (location, budget, bedrooms, listing type).
• Usage Data: Anonymous, aggregated analytics (page views, popular searches) via privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies or track individual users.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To send you daily WhatsApp alerts matching your property preferences
• To improve the platform based on aggregate usage patterns
• To share your contact information and property preferences with trusted third-party partners, including estate agents, for the purpose of providing relevant property services

3. WhatsApp Data Processing

WhatsApp messages are sent via the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your phone number and message delivery data are processed by Meta in accordance with their privacy policy. We store your phone number, preferences, and message delivery status (sent/delivered/read) on our servers.

4. Data Retention

Your phone number and preferences are stored as long as your alerts are active. When you reply "STOP" to opt out, we mark your account as inactive. You can request complete deletion of your data by contacting us at admin@gatti.ai.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time (reply STOP on WhatsApp)
• Lodge a complaint with the Malta Information and Data Protection Commissioner

6. Cookies

djar.ai does not use tracking cookies. We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not require a cookie consent banner under GDPR.

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers to operate the platform, deliver messages, and host content. These providers process data on our behalf in accordance with their own privacy policies.
